Girls and Women’s Football · Luton

Women’s Team.

Our Women’s Team sits at the top of the Luton Town Ladies FC pathway, competing in the Women’s National League, with ambitions to progress further.

Our players represent our Develop. Belong. Compete. ethos — developing to reach their potential, playing with a strong sense of belonging and competing with ambition and pride.

They also have an important part to play as role models for younger players coming through the club, inspiring the next generation to believe in what they can achieve.

A welcome from our Manager

Building ambition. Creating opportunities. Competing with the best.

My ambition for Luton Town Ladies FC’s first team is to build a competitive, ambitious and hardworking squad that continues to grow both individually and collectively. We want to provide opportunities for players with high potential to develop, challenge themselves and compete at Tier 4 of the FA Women’s National League.

Our immediate priority is to maintain our Tier 4 status, while continuing to push forward in the league and establish ourselves as a team capable of competing with the best in the division. Through hard work, commitment and a strong team culture, we want to keep progressing, maximise our potential and build something the club and its supporters can be proud of.
