Inclusive Football

At Luton Town Ladies FC, we believe football should be accessible to everyone.

Our Inclusive Football programme provides a welcoming, supportive and fun environment where players of all abilities can develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy being part of a team.

Our commitment to inclusion and diversity

At Luton Town Ladies FC, we are dedicated to ensuring every player feels valued. We foster an inclusive, diverse environment where players are encouraged, supported and motivated to pursue their passion for football.

Partnering with Disability In Action

Our club proudly offers inclusive football sessions in partnership with Disability In Action, ensuring everyone can participate in the beautiful game.

Weekly sessions

Disability In Action organises weekly football sessions, led by experienced coaches specially trained in disability football. These sessions are designed to be enjoyable and accessible, providing space for footballers of all abilities to come together and develop their skills.

Who can take part?

We welcome boys and girls aged 8 to 18, regardless of any learning or physical impairment, to join our friendly training sessions.

Sessions last an hour and take place every week at Venue 360, Gipsy Lane, Luton, LU1 3JH.

  • Saturday 12:00 – A beginner session, ideal for younger players and those who are new to the game.

  • Saturday 13:00 – A session suited to those with some football experience and who are looking for a more traditional training session.

  • Sunday 13:00 – This session is for 6-10 year olds and best suited to smaller and quieter players.

Additional benefits

After completing ten paid training sessions, every player receives a kit and a hoodie. There are also opportunities to participate in monthly tournaments and fixtures, as well as holiday camps.
