Girls and Women’s Football · Luton

Development Team.

Our Development team is a key step on the player pathway towards the Women’s Team. Following promotion from the Greater London League, the team now competes in the North Division of the Women’s Eastern Region League, providing a competitive environment where players can develop, challenge themselves and prepare for the next step in their footballing journey.

A welcome from our Manager

Welcome to Luton Town Ladies Development.

We are committed to creating an elite environment where every player is challenged, supported and given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Through high-quality coaching, clear pathways and a culture built around learning, we aim to develop not only better footballers, but confident young women ready to take the next step.

A welcome from our Team Captain

Building talent and developing the future of women’s football.

Being the Development Team Captain for Luton Town Ladies FC is something I’m incredibly proud of. The club is built on inclusivity, togetherness and a shared passion for football, creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued and supported, regardless of their experience or ability.

What makes this team so special is the drive, determination and commitment shown by every player, both on and off the pitch. We push each other to improve, celebrate each other’s successes and support one another through challenges.

There’s a real sense of belonging within the club, and it’s amazing to see players grow in confidence, develop their skills and achieve things they may not have thought possible as well as the pathway for progression into the first team.

We’re not just building a team; we’re building a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, and I’m excited to continue being part of that journey.
