Kit & Equipment Volunteer Job Description
We are looking for a local volunteer to join our team and assist with providing kit and equipment
for our Women’s First Team. This role will involve supporting coaching staff in ensuring a smooth
running of kit and equipment related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure all Women’s kit is appropriately accommodated
– Distribute kit on match days and ensure equipment is available for coaches during warm up.
– Manage kit and equipment levels throughout the season and keep inventory.
– Ensure changing rooms are kept and left clean on match days.
– Assist First Team Managers with duties as needed, if needed.
Key Relationships:
– Women’s First Team Managers and coaches
– Women’s First Team Players
– Women’s Director of Operations
What we are looking for:
Essential: High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, ability to travel to games
independently and the ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable: Experience working in a footballing environment and knowledge of kit and equipment.
Personal: Excellent communication skills, trustworthy, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-
paced environment.

Applicants will be required to undertake a DBS check.
This position is currently a voluntary position.
