Welcome to Luton Town Ladies Football Club.

We’re proud to be part of Luton’s thriving and diverse community. At the heart of what we do is our mission to inspire a lifelong love of football in girls and women of all abilities — from their first kick through to our women’s first team.

Established in 1997, our club’s history is grounded in determination, resilience and ambition. We’ve come a long way and continue to build on that rich history by creating even more opportunities for girls and women to develop, achieve and be their best, both on and off the pitch.

We know the power of strong female role models and the positive impact they can have on the next generation. That’s why our player pathways are so important. We provide players with opportunities to develop, challenge themselves and progress in a supportive environment where they can watch and learn from those ahead of them.

Our passionate FA/UEFA-qualified coaches are committed to helping players develop and to achieve their potential. We work hard to create a welcoming and inclusive football community because we know that when players feel they belong, they are more likely to enjoy the game and grow in confidence. And when it comes to competing, we want players to put their skills and development to the test — while never losing sight of the fact that football should be enjoyable at all levels.

As we grow as a club, we continue to strengthen our partnership with Luton Town FC. We recognise that by working collaboratively, we can create even greater opportunities for girls and women across our community. I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.
