Girls and Women’s Football · Luton
One club. Every step
of the journey.
From the first kick to playing in front of a cheering crowd, every player at Luton Town Ladies FC has the opportunity to develop, belong and compete. Across our Youth, Development and Senior teams, our pathways support girls and women to develop as players and individuals, on and off the pitch.
Women’s Team
Play with confidence. Compete with pride.
Our Women’s Team competes in the Women’s National League, with ambitions to progress further. Training and competing with real intensity and ambition, our first team represents the pinnacle of the Luton Town Ladies FC pathway — built on a foundation of hard work, team spirit and a shared belief in how far this club can go.
Development Team
Development first. Progress always.
Our Development team sits at the heart of our pathway — the bridge between junior football and senior, competitive women’s football.
This is a team built on progression. Many of our Development team players go on to represent the Senior team and our coaches work closely with the Head of Senior Football to make sure that step feels natural, not overwhelming.
Youth Teams
Play together. Belong together.
Our Youth teams give players of all ages the chance to learn, play and grow in a supportive, well-coached environment. Our coaches focus on developing core skills, building confidence and, most importantly, making sure every player enjoys her football.
Youth players train and play alongside friends, with clear progression into our Development and Senior teams as they grow.
Inclusive Football
Football for all. Built on belonging.
Football is for everyone. Our Inclusive Football programme provides a welcoming, supportive and enjoyable environment where players of all abilities can develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy being part of a team.
