Sarah Hudson
‘Huds’ joined the ladies team at the beginning of the 24/25 season. She arrived after a successful 23/24 campaign with Real Bedford, winning the domestic treble!
Leah Robinson
Leah has represented the Hatters first team, reserves team and under 18s team, always ready to step in when called upon. She won the most improved player award at the 23/24 ‘end of season awards’.
Celine Ray
Celine is another young, talented keeper, who is always determined to push herself to the next level.
Defenders
Elly Wade
Elly is the Luton Town Ladies captain and has played a crucial role at the heart of the defence, since her arrival in 2019. She offers something different to the team whilst defending and going forward, with her ball carrying ability.
Tanya Blacksley
Tanya arrived at the club, alongside Elly Wade in 2019 and has played a key role in the defence ever since her arrival, with her commanding defensive performances. She won the players’ player of the season award and managers player of the season at the 23/24 ‘end of season awards’.
Bridget Adu
Bridget was one of ten summer signings in the 24/25 summer transfer window, the Ghanaian international has made an instant impact upon her arrival, with her lightning-quick speed and defensive abilities.
Fiona Buttigieg
‘Fi’ is a versatile player, able to play as a full-back or a winger. She is a dead ball specialist, with her lethal corners.
Nicole Farmer
Farmer also arrived during the summer of 24/25. She is an experienced defender, with much experience at many different levels.
Eleanor Townsend
Eleanor is a young left back who was picked up in the 24/25 transfer window, she debuted against Royston, she brings a level of experience beyond her years, despite being only 17.
Patience Ndlovu
Patience was introduced into the side at the back end of the 23/24 campaign, scoring her first goal for the club against St Albans in a 4-0 victory.
Keira Palmiero
Keira is one of the teams most promising young players, picking up the ‘player of the season’ award at the 23/24 ‘end of season awards’.
Midfielders
Shianne Swarres
‘Shi’ also joined the squad in early 2024 and has made a big impact, both on and off the pitch. On the pitch she takes a whole defence out with her passing ability and her quick thinking, off the pitch she is part of the leadership group, captaining the side multiple times, in her short spell at the club thus far.
Elizabeth Mulvaney
‘Liz’ joined the Hatters in the 24/25 transfer window and has already amazed the fans. Her quick feet, enables her to take on entire midfields by herself and gives her the edge to create chances for the attackers.
Nancy Tucker
Nancy is one of many promising young players in the Luton Town Ladies squad. She is strong in the centre of the pitch, making it difficult for any opposition player to get through the midfield.
Jess McKay
Jess can be defined as a Luton Ladies legend. She has spent 15 years at the club, most of which she was captain of the side. Her goalscoring ability is second to none, scoring 26 goals from midfield last season, although she doesn’t wear the armband anymore, her leadership is crucial to the squad.
Amber Leighton
Amber, is a young player, who is well above her years, in terms of ability. She is vocal on the pitch and loves to slice open defences, with her inch-perfect passes.
Andie Dickens
Andie is another key member of the squad, on and off the pitch. A supportive teammate, who loves to play football. Despite her recent injury, she is always at matchdays, bringing positive vibes to the team, helping as much as she can, whilst she isn’t able to play.
Abbie Vizard
Abbie’s performances for the Luton Ladies reserve team, has earnt her a place in the first team. She debuted for the first team in May 2024, scoring twice in a 14-0 victory against Kings Lynn and has impressed ever since.
Edith Perryer
Edith has featured for the first team on a couple of occasions this season and always gives her all for the team.
Lilac Wilson
Lilac spent the back end of the 23/24 season playing for the reserve team. After continuous impressive performances, she has been re-called to the first team squad, where she put in a number of impressive performances already, whether that be in defence or in the midfield.
Forwards
Leyah Maddix
Leyah, sister of co-manager Myles, loves a goal. She is a passionate footballer, who is hard to catch when she sets off on a run, she scores all types of goals and is clinical from the penalty spot.
Shanice Lewis
Shanice is a tricky winger, who loves to get at a defender. Her pace allows the midfield to send balls out wide for her to run onto, to drive into the box or create a chance for the striker.
Gabriella Spillman
‘Gabs’ loves to take on defenders, with her quick feet and blistering pace. She scored a brace in the FA Cup last season, aged 16. Her consistently amazing performances, got her noticed by Crystal Palace, recently signing a dual registration with Crystal Palace’s under 21’s.
Chloe Martin
‘CJ’ arrived in the 24/25 window, after an impressive 23/24 campaign with Real Bedford. She is a versatile player who shows a lot of tenacity. Despite her attacking abilities, she is a team player, who helps out in defence as well.
Tasha Fensome
Tash is a goal scoring machine. She arrived for her second spell at the club in the summer of 2024 and is already continuing her incredible goal scoring form from Real Bedford, where she finished as the leagues top scorer. Her movement in attack, allows her to make runs in behind the defence. She makes no mistake in front of goal, slotting one-on-one situations, in for fun.
Cesca Partridge
Cesca also arrived from Real Bedford in the summer of 2024. Since returning from injury, she has formed an impressive partnership with Tash. Although she’s a goal scorer, she doesn’t shy away from creating chances and when she isn’t scoring, she is always affecting the game.
